An Austrian baker who made a cake in the shape of a penis was accused by two female employees of sexual harassment, in a case that was heard on Thursday at a court in Salzburg.
The women said they had been offended by the product, which was covered in white sugar glazing, and demanded a total of 3 000 euros (R404 600) in damages.
In the end, the baker and the claimants settled for an undisclosed sum.
The baker said he had shown the cake to the women because it was the type of confection popular at parties held before weddings - and he had wanted them to market it.
